File this when you will be away for 7 days or more. It is posted
to the SAPD requests topic for you and sent to Discord — there is nothing to
copy or paste. For a shorter absence, use the
vacation request form instead.
Before you file it
- Who files one
- Anyone on the roster. There is no rank requirement.
- When
- Before you go, for any absence of 7 days or more.
- Shorter than that
- Vacation request — up to 3 days, or 5 for Inspector and above.
- If you do not
- Unauthorized absence without a report may result in removal.
