Promotion Approval Process

1. Time and Activity Evaluation: System automatically evaluates a member's time in rank and activity levels.
2. Additional Requirements Check: Staff members verify completion of any additional requirements.
3. Promotion Request: You can request your own promotion if eligible.
4. Review Process: The request is reviewed by other staff members.
5. Final Approval: A staff member with appropriate rank approves the promotion.
6. Rank Update: The member's rank is updated in the system and a promotion history entry is created.
Note: Promotions are based on both objective metrics and subjective evaluations by staff members.
